This was my 1st Glamour shoot ever!!

At this time, I thought it was still about taking pretty pictures - until I realized the #transformation that happened within Kristen.

She has always been one of the most free, exuberant, beautiful women I've ever met in my life.

But on the day of her photoshoot, she showed up so nervous. Saying she didn't really feel up to it that day, or super pretty.

We got her all dolled up and she LOVED it! She started to come out of her shell, and once she saw her hair & makeup - she started strutting in the mirror! Instant confidence boost!

Then we went Downtown - where you think she'd be nervous, taking photos out in public, in front of everyone.

But it was like....all the background noise melted away. And it was just me and her having fun! I lead her into poses, and we had so much fun!

We shot until sun down, and neither of us wanted to leave!

It was just a beautiful moment of feeling like yourself! And feeling SUPER beautiful! And that's when it occured to me....we don't often get a chance to do that in real life.

When else do we get a chance to just be fully ourselves! And excuse to take the day off and just feel super fucking beautiful?

That was about 3 years ago....fast forward....now feeling beautiful and being truly myself is my way of life! It is my daily practice!

And now I help women..all over the world, come out of their shell. Harness their power. And realize the beautiful freedom and feeling themselves, being who they truly are and falling in love with themselves!

We think its about vanity...or self-conciet.

Nah, it's about falling in love with who you are.

It's about standing up in a world thats told you for YEARS that you're not good enough, skinny enough, tall enough, light enough.

and saying FORGET that noise! I AM beautiful, elegant, EPIC - JUST the way I am!

You don't have to lose weight before your photoshoot, or get a nose job, or anything else they try to teach us.

You can just show up! And with the beautiful art of artistry, we can bring out your best you!

The goddess within, they may lie dormant until you awaken her
