Selling vs. Sharing

And today I wanted to share with you a little business tip to help change your perspective when it comes to being in awesome business!

Most people are afraid of selling…..like deathly afraid of selling.

They don’t want to seem like that pushy salesperson. Or anything like that.

So they kind of just lay low. They don't share their work with anyone. Or put themselves out there.

For me, I struggled with this for a LONG time! Until I got a sales job, and I had to sell 24/7 all day on the phone. I realized that one sales call, is like the next sales call. Is like the next.

And after a while there, I became one of the top salespeople in my center. And I would sell our top package ALOT, and I realized after a while, what made it successful!

It wasn't any crazy sales tip or anything. But it boiled down to 2 things:

• Asking people questions about WHAT THEY WANT

• SHARING with them the options that YOU have that they might LOVE

When you think of it like this - it really takes the scary party out of everything! You realize that you are just sharing with people what you can do. Offering it to them. And its up to THEM to take it or not.

It is really just a simple mindset shift, that will help you tons. So the next time you go into a sales meeting, or you're putting yourself out there. Do it in a way that you are SHARING with others what you can do for them to help make their life better or AWESOME! xo :)
